Summary:
Moon 2 days before new (rise 0400). Atmosphere clear early, with 3/10 coverage later.

Best results:

Sony HAD CCD, Canon 10D and Canon Goto Camera images: All images are oriented correct to normal view, and leveled with horizon line.
